Nebraska Pork Producers Association is working with University of Nebraska-Lincoln Meat Lab to get pigs donated, processed, and sent to local food banks. 12 pigs is the max capacity that can be processed a week. We are working on getting funds donated for the processing and transportation costs. More details to come.
